Once in a while, you will be provided with an opportunity to join a crew on a fascinating journey. Initially, you will spend months building a sturdy boat to withstand the rigor of the journey. When all is ready, undaunted together with the crew, you will launch the ship towards its destination. Guided only by the splendor of the destination, the voyage will take you into the uncharted waters of the deep ocean. En route, there will be good days when the wind is blowing from the stern, sunlight on your face and the waves gently splitting as the vessel careens forward. All is well on this little boat in the middle of a vast ocean with the crew contented.

Then there are the days where boat and crew are at the mercy of the ocean. The relentless monstrous waves will be crashing against the hull, rocking the boat violently, the constant howling wind sickening the crew with fear. The boat will be shaken and the crew delusion in the face of this great adversity. It is at times like these when you question the quest of the journey, the hardship endured and the splendor of the destination becomes undesirable.

However if you persevere, have belief that the time and planning spent in the building of this splendid boat and most importantly trust the competence of your fellow crew members, the storm will subside. Leaving the boat unscathed and the crew invigorated more than ever in this journey deeper into uncharted water and towards the promising destination.
