14th - 15th January 2012 - A CHDP program was held in the ATCEN Learning Center for 10 participants from iPerintis Sdn Bhd. The participants gained a lot of knowledge on the ways and means of enhancing their skills and competencies in the Help Desk area. The program ended with an examination that is for Western Kentucky University certification.
