30th December 2011 - ATCEN and outLOUD Studios donated t-shirts to Rumah Titian Kasih. Rumah Titian Kasih is a sanctuary for orphans, the disabled, single mothers as well as the elderly. The residents were very grateful for the contribution as the home relies on the public's help to fend for the less fortunate under their care. Every little bit helps, and ATCEN and outLOUD are proud to say that in their own way, they have eased the worries of society's marginalized.

Participants' high spirit and endurance level were put to the test when they had to go through the whole outdoor challenge under heavy rain. Yet they completed all challenges without a single complaint even though they were soaking wet and tired but they keep on pushing themselves completing all of the tasks given to them. All of them deserved to be praised for their positive and outgoing attitude from the beginning towards the end of their session. Well done Combat!

23rd – 24th October 2011 - 19 graduates students went through a 2D 1N team building session under the Bank Pembangunan Graduate Development Program (BPGDP) run by Training Touch at Cyberview Lodge. BPGDP which was ran by Training Touch is developed in collaboration between Bank Pembangunan and the Malaysian Government to create a pool of competent, well trained, knowledgeable, and skilled workforce through training courses and teambuilding session that will help graduates attain higher skills level to enhance their marketability and employability.
Each and every single participant left the 2 days session with high spirit and motivation with only the sky as the limit for their new found confidence to seek their future in the corporate world. Kudos to the Training Touch team!
Bangkok Bank Team Experience Program – Bangkok Bank Amazing Race
22nd October 2011 - Approximately 104 participants from Bangkok Bank's branches all over Malaysia gathered at Kajang Country Heights for a full 1 day teambuilding session. 10 teams race against time to complete tasks given by the TT Marshall to obtain their next set of clues in this mini amazing race concept teambuilding. Even the hot sun was no match to the participants' high spirit and determination to become the race champion. No tasks too hard and no challenges were impossible to be conquered by this high energy group of participants once they put their mind to it. By the end of the day, satisfactions were shown from their smiles and their bonds are stronger than before.

15th October 2011 - Seventeen teams from Kelly Services branches from all over Malaysia went head-to-head in the 1Kelly Adrenaline Race 2011 around the hustle and bustle of Kuala Lumpur. Each team races to complete tasks to earn clues to a hidden location which they must arrive at by the end of each leg of the race. With pit stops scattered all around Kuala Lumpur from Jalan Ampang all the way to Brickfields, clues were given in cryptic hints that leads the teams to their next destination until they reach the final leg which is an all-out race to the finish line, where the first team to arrive will be declared the winner. Teamwork, determination and eagerness to win were the main factors that push the participants beyond the boundary of their ordinary daily life and compete in the 1Kelly Adrenaline Race 2011.

4th October 2011 - The delicious Malay and Fusion Indo Cuisine of Sambal Biniku drew the attention of hundreds of people in the area of Damansara Perdana on its opening day on the 4th of October 2011. Sambal Biniku is one of the few businesses owned by ATCEN and is
to this date their first, food and beverage business. Although the restaurant is still new, Sambal Biniku has been extremely successful with large turnouts on a daily basis.
The success of the restaurant was mainly because of its wide variety of food choices, excellent cleanliness and reasonable prices. The restaurant was so crowded that even some people had to pack and take away their food. Satisfied customer, Noorhazlina said "Since

23rd – 24th September 2011 - A total of 86 participants from HDC (Halal Development Corporation Sdn Bhd) assembled for a 2D 1N teambuilding session with Training Touch at the relaxing surrounding of Country Heights, Kajang. The teambuilding session kick-off with James Bond theme as the participants went through series of challenges and race against time to complete their mission. Star CNC Technology (Asia) Sdn Bhd - STAR CNC Teambuilding: James Bond
17th – 18th September 2011 - ATCEN recently conducted a teambuilding session for STAR CNC in Penang, with about 200 pax from Malaysia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Cambodia, Nepal, and Myanmar. The sessions had to be conducted in English, Bahasa Melayu as well as a variety of Chinese Dialects.
The participants from various departments with mainly the production line, HR, Senior Management and even the Managing Director took part in the sessions. A series of activities was conducted over a span of 2 Days & 1 Night. This teambuilding session was a huge success as the participants were both excited and grateful to the organization for organizing such a fun and yet empowering event.

ATCEN Awards Scholarship to School Students
13th September 2011 - A total of 101 primary and secondary school students from various parts of the Klang Valley have been awarded the ATCEN Education Foundation scholarship. These students are currently attending English, Maths and Science classes at the various ATCEN Learning Centre branches.
Aside from the academic-focused programmes, the students were also invited to participate in the ATCEN Young Entrepreneur Program during their school break. The program was designed to expose young people to the exciting world of entrepreneurship and also to enhance their soft skills and leadership qualities.

19th August 2011 - A charity dinner in conjunction with Bulan Ramadhan and Hari Raya was hosted in outLOUD Stage. ATCEN & outLOUD Studios joined hand in hand to organize this charitable event for children from Limpahan Kasih Charity Home as a gesture of care, and giving back to the society on this fasting month. The event was attended by celebrities such as Rashidi Ishak, Amyza Aznan, Nurul Ain Nordin and many more. RTM, Diva, Oh Bulan blogger, were just a few amongst the rest of the media invited, together with our cherished clients such as, HDC, RHB, VADS, EPF and many more that joined us for this happy occasion. Fellow outLOUDers and ATCENians entertained guest with thier very own performance, and together with us, members of guest too share our pride and joy as video clips of our anniversary were released and our very own Sambal Biniku Restaurant was launched. Guest complimented on our charitable efforts as Sambal Biniku Restaurant will also act as a soup kitchen for the poor. They also experience many adventurous activities such as Wet Abseiling, Caving and White Water Rafting throughout the 2 days. Atos Origin - Accent Neutralization Workshop
27th – 28th June 2011 - ATCEN has been conducting a series of ground breaking sessions to transform and improve the speech and delivery of the technical support professionals at Atos Origin. In this 5th session, tongues were twisted and curled, mouths were stretched, lips were loosened and conversational rhythm was introduced through numerous vocalic and verbalization exercises.
MAYBANK Global Wholesale Banking - Team Effectiveness Program 2011
24th – 26th June 2011 – Training Touch conducted another highly energized and learning filled Team Effectiveness session for the Maybank Group. This time, it was a 3-Day, 2-Night Team Effectiveness Program for the Global Wholesale Banking - Corporate Banking division of the group. There were approximately 120 excited participants from all over Malaysia who attended this session that was conducted at Legend Water Chalets, Port Dickson. The Corporate Bankers not only gained a lot of knowledge during these 3-days but also had great fun and learned that with teamwork and synergy nothing is impossible.
Takaful Malaysia - Certified Train The Trainer Program
21st – 24th June 2011 - In this 4 day program conducted by Jeremy Lee, Ken Ng and Roshini, the participants are introduced to the importance of the combination of training and facilitation skills to encourage them to share their experiences, knowledge and expertise. The highly interactive session saw many activities that brought about interesting areas of discussion amongst the participants. Learning was further enhanced by powerful and participative debriefs. This WKU Certification Program ended with a written assessment and presentation by its participants.

Effective Business Writing Skills Workshop
15th – 16th June 2011 - This second session of Effective Business Writing Workshop for 2011 had introduced its participants to the tips and tricks for developing better and more effective writing. The workshop held at ATCEN Learning Centre filled with case studies, examples and activities had benefited its participants greatly. 10th & 11th June 2011 - More than 30 students from Limpahan Kasih Charity Home was given the opportunity to participate in "Acting for Camera", an acting program hosted by outLOUD Academy and sponsored by international corporate training company, ATCEN Group. 6th June 2011 - NRW Management Conference with a theme Managing the Physical & Apparent Losses of Water has attracted nearly 60 water loss professionals all around Malaysia and also some of Asian Countries from various organizations i.e. MNCs, GLCs, Private and Governments bodies. This conference is fully organized and managed by ATCEN Sdn Bhd. May 2011- Suatu Malam Kubur Berasap (SMKB) produced by outLOUD Studios and directed by entertainment industry veteran Ernie Chen was featured in our local gossip/entertainment magazine - Mangga. SMKB is a horror comedy genre which is schedule to be released this year end. The film was produced in mind of the current market's appetite of horror comedy released this year among others but only better.

1st May 2011 - Jidin Sengal, the virgin production of outLOUD Studios was featured in Berita Minggu. Along from reality TV "Raja Lawak" held the title of male lead of the film and together with him was fellow "Raja Lawak" Angah and Azrul. Zac Diamond from X Factor famed together with Amy and Ella Sunti were also among the main cast that joined the titled movie. 9th April 2011 - Training Touch recently organized an amazing race Challenge for ACI. 26 energetic participants took part in this fun filled route across KL to Subang Jaya and back to the ACI HQ. 4th - 6th April 2011 - The Certified Call Quality Management Program was jointly conducted by Ken Ng and Roshini Visvananthan at Park Royal. The Program was designed to give participants a holistic view on Contact Center Call Quality monitoring and was attended by many leaders in the arena of call quality monitoring from the top contact centers around the nation. The program acted not only as a platform to new learn techniques and principals of call quality but also presented the participants with the opportunity to share knowledge amongst industry practitioners.

4th & 5th April 2011 - ATCEN worked with aspiring Managers of Iskandar Region Development Authority (IRDA) The session, by Mr. Lam Yue Pak was an informational and behavior shaping workshop that established and aligned the mindset of Executives making the big step to Management. The participants learnt the essentials of working with Management and how to develop their personal management skills to lead their teams to success.
4th & 5th April 2011 - SIPCO Sdn Bhd management team came together in Marriot Resort & Spa, Miri to participate in Assertiveness & Conflict Management Workshop. The workshop addressed the issue in understanding the conflict and its relation with professional management. In addition, the workshop also shows the good side of assertiveness and on how to put it to a better use in order to create a positive experience that will increase one's credibility and staff loyalty. Towards the end of this workshop, the participants have a better insight on conflict management and refreshed with new ideas that can be used to better improve the relationship among colleagues which at the same time will enhanced their performance at work.

1st - 3rd April 2011 - Training Touch delivered a high-impact and memorable Maybank Team Effectiveness Program for Group Compliance (Global) from the 1st – 3rd April at the Legend Water Chalet, Port Dickson. Capital Land - Management Skills for Administrative Professionals Workshop
28th & 29th April – CapitaLand Retail Malaysia Sdn Bhd understands how important Administrative Professionals are as they form the company's backbone. Thus, 13 of them were rewarded in this workshop by learning ways to better manage & project a good image of themselves to better improve their management skills.
In this workshop, they also learnt how to be more supportive to their managers, assist customers and clients professionally and managing the office staff & themselves better. The highly interactive session saw many activities that brought about interesting areas of discussion amongst the participants. Learning was further enhanced by powerful and participative debriefs.
Ambank - Sales Talk
26th March 2011 - ATCEN recently conducted a motivational talk titled "AmBank Auto Finance Sales Convention for AmBank Auto Finance Division (AFD) on 26th March 2011. In total there were 180 participants from the Auto Finance Division attended the talk. The participants were highly involved throughout the talk and activities. The whole event was a success and ended with a roaring commitment walk that they will achieve their sales target for the year.
Barisan Nasional Youth Job Fair 2011
25th March 2011 - Putra World Trade Center held it's biggest event of this year, the Barisan Nasional Youth Job Fair 2011. Verified by Malaysia Book of Records, this biggest career carnival ever, houses 650 exhibitors with over 40,000 job opportunities, this over 300,000 people packed event was opened by the Prime Minister himself, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak. Big names from various industries were invited to plant their booth in this busy 3 day span event, and among them, the ATCEN Group was also given this privileged. Our booth had a remarkable response as we had more than 150 resumes submitted in this short span of time.

23rd March 2011 - The "Doa Selamat" for the film "Suatu Malam Kubur Berasap" was featured in Harian Metro. The Director/ Executive Producer, Ernie Chen was together interview on his ambition to produce 5 films in this year, a part of his life long dream of producing 100 films in 10 years. Ernie also said he has no qualms in having new faces in his films as that is to help bring out potential talents in the local entertainment industry.

Certified Contact Center Professional Workshop
16th - 17th March 2011 - The CCCP program was held in ATCEN Learning Centre Damansara Perdana recently and was attended by participants from various leading contact centers. The participants enjoyed 2 days of gaining knowledge through interactive learning techniques and discussed issues that were relevant to their individual environments. They were also required to take an examination at the end of the 2 days of training to obtain their certification from WKU (Western Kentucky University).
Certified Train The Trainer Workshop
14th - 17th March 2011 - The Certified Train the Trainer had truly benefited its fellow trainer participants on how to conduct better activities and exercises to engage better audience participation. This WKU (Western Kentucky University) certified program was conducted by 3 superstars and international trainers, Ernie Chen, Jeremy Lee and Ken Ng. Participants left truly satisfied having been able to train better and more effectively as well as building better rapport.
10th - 12th March - The Boehringer Ingelheim team got together to experience an explosive talk delivered by our very own Group CEO Ernie Chen which left everyone with the endearing message of success achievement and self-drive. The session was enhanced by a heart pumping, adrenaline filled activities and an Amazing Race around Langkawi led by Ken Ng.
Energy Efficiency Workshop
9th, 10th & 11th March 2011 - ATCEN Engineering Training organized the Energy Efficiency Optimization for Process and Power Plants Workshop at The Gardens Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The participants were 15 experienced technical engineers who travelled to KL from all around the region. Dr. G.G Rajan, specialized in Energy Efficiency Optimization, ran this informative workshop addressing the core issue of Energy Efficiency and shares his vast knowledge on how to develop a winning cost effective solution for process and energy industries through comprehensive energy management system. In addition, the one-on-one consultation sessions with Dr. Rajan really helped the participants to better address the specific problems and issues that they faced in their companies. The workshop ended with all the participants' excited and refreshed with their new found learning.

9th - 10th March 2011 - Essential Communication Skills workshop held on the 9th – 10th March 2011 had truly enlightened its participants into mastering a better and effective communication skills. 7th – 8th March 2011 - Ken Ng and Roshini Visvananthan once again aced the Certified Contact Center Team Leader workshop. 21 participants from 9 leading Malaysian contact centers received coaching on dynamic contact center team leader competency and team behavior analysis. The highly experiential workshop was truly a fun and activities filled session enjoyed by all its participants.
3rd - 4th March 2011 - 40 Taylorians received an opportunity to experience an AWESOME workshop focused on service delivery alignment and standards establishment across all departments within the multiple Taylor's campuses. Conducted at the resort-like environment, Taylor's University College Lakeside at Sunway, the session was fun and exciting with very open communication and aligning of service processes between departments and sharing of knowledge. The natural friendliness and enthusiasm of the participants always makes these sessions rewarding even for the facilitators Ken Ng and Roshini V.
Ambank Assertiveness & Managing Conflict
1st – 2nd March 2011 - Managers and Senior Managers gathered together in KL for a landmark pilot program to a highly experiential approach to training in the Assertiveness & Managing Conflict workshop. The participants experienced anger, fear, empathy, vengeance , compassion, understanding and care in two days. More importantly, how to manage emotions and workplace situations.

1st March 2011 - ATCEN has recently completed 5 sessions of workshops with FUJI Lift & Escalator Sdn. Bhd in Penang. The workshop entitled "Looking Up and Moving On" was conducted by Dion Ooi. MSIG - MSIG Values @ Work
February – April 2011 - ATCEN was engaged by MSIG Insurance Group to train approximately 800 participants on the MSIG Core Values. There 8 session all together conducted by ATCEN Facilitators and the it was done in an Experiential Learning style. Participants were from various departments and branches of MSIG. The participants enjoyed the sessions and realized the importance of living the core values at the work place and also for personal development. All the activities were specially designed for MSIG and to drive home each different core values. It was coupled with debriefs, video presentation and other visual aids to ease the learning process. There were also energizers and fun ice breakers conducted to keep the momentum up!
PESTECH - Executive to Manager - The Transition Workshop
28th February - 1st March 2011 - International Speaker and Master Trainer of Trainers, Jeremy Lee conducted an in-house program - Executive to Manager - The Transition Workshop for PESTECH Sdn Bhd. 20 participants attended the workshop which was held at Saujana Golf & Country Club. The modules in this session emphasised the enhancing of managerial skills of the participants. There was lots of sharing among the participants about the differences in their management behavior and culture. Furthermore all of them participated in an activity that allowed them to be more aware of how they view their work situation.

19th - 20th February 2011 - 25 participants from CSC who serve various technology based companies in the country attended the 2 day CCITS program which was held in the CSC premises. Participants engaged themselves in various challenges and indoor classroom activities which allowed them to simulate real situations in the contact center environment.
Many issues and challenges were discussed and solutions were found to the problems which were common among them. Participants left enlightened and very happy because of a fruitful weekend.

14th & 15th January 2011 - The Zenith Media account management team came together again with another dynamic workshop for one of Malaysia’s most dynamic media teams. The Key Account Management and Selling to the CXO’s workshop focused on understanding and working with their clientele better. Each individual presented an account for analysis and new strategies and approaches were developed during the workshop on how to better penetrate, expand and grow their key clients. This was an eye opening workshop as the participants were exposed to a structured and quantitative method to assess and analyze their accounts for more confident projections.
14th & 15th January 2011 - A group of 27 Branch Business Development Executives (BDE) from eTiQa Insurance and Takaful attended the second module of Executive Development Program with ATCEN at Equatorial Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The module, ‘The eTiQa Customer Sales & Managing Difficult Customers’ program was filled with interactive lectures, lively discussions and presentations, and the highlight of the session was a role play designed and presented by the participants themselves using real life experiences they or their colleagues have faced. The role plays were also recorded for their follow up training and evaluation. Despite the fear of appearing before a camera, they managed to perform remarkably and the joy of new-found learning were written on all their faces. Another highly successful workshop in a series of workshops for their year long development.

12th & 14th January 2011 - ATCEN Engineering Training organized the Advanced Preventive Maintenance Workshop at The Gardens Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Dr. Mike Sondalini, ran this informative workshop addressing the core issue of Preventive Maintenance and learning how to identify suitable preventive maintenance practices. 11th & 12th January 2011 - The Senior Managers of Brunei’s leading telecommunications company kicked off the 2011 in-house training calendar with this workshop and had the rare opportunity to come together and meet as a single united team with this workshop. This program was themed ‘James Bond 007: Rescue Mission.’ The challenge successfully identified and focused the team’s communications, team work, creativity and strategic thinking and they achieved all of these with great fun. Learning was further enhanced by powerful and participative debriefs.
