Jeremy is a highly sought after Business Process Enhancement, Performance Optimization, Human Performance Improvement and Credit Control and Collections consultant in the Customer Contact Management and People Development industry.

He is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), a registered Chartered Accountant in Malaysia. He holds an MSc. in Engineering Business Management from Warwick University and is also a Certified Personal Profiler and Human Job Analysis, with Thomas Crowne International.
As a Chartered Accountant, Jeremy has hands on experience in finance, management accounting and auditing. Jeremy has also been involved in numerous types of organizational improvement projects. He was the project manager for the first ISO 9002:1994 certification for a global vacation ownership company.  Throughout the project, numerous processes were re-engineered to ensure better effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery and during this process introduced crucial processes and skills to assist the management team with change.

Jeremy has also been actively engaged in multi-million dollar ICT projects involving e-learning and Customer Relationship Management projects.

Over the years, in the area of people development, Jeremy has conducted and facilitated thousands of individuals in the areas of performance management, credit control, credit collections, leadership skills, problem solving skills, negotiation skills and customer contact management related workshops. He has facilitated workshops in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and China.
