The Project Management Skills Workshop is designed for anyone involved in the area of project management within an organization. On completion of the program, participants would have learnt the essential knowledge to distinguish between project & non-projects, defining the scope, planning & implementing and post project evaluation. Participants will also learn about how their personality and strengths can play a role in the success of a project.
