1. What does the ATCEN Training Series entail and why would we be interested?

The ATCEN Training Series are specialized workshops for the customer interaction environment. The workshops are only conducted after a good study and understanding of your organizations need. All ATCEN workshops are conducted with customization of content that is better known as in-house learning workshops.
2. I want to get training in sales. What can you provide for me?

We have several different solutions for increasing sales performance. These include both pre-developed and customized workshops by our training consultants who specialize in this area. Delivery options for sales training include onsite workshops and sales coaching. In addition, one-on-one coaching is available. Please contact us for information specific to your needs.

3. Motivation and morale has become a big challenge in our organization. Can you help?

Yes we can. Decreased motivation and morale are common initial complaints that indicate something else may be at the core of the issue. The first step we take is to ensure that we are working on the right issue(s) and providing the right solution(s). That solution is different for every client and depends upon a large number of possible factors such as management decisions, organizational structure or compensation & benefits. Likewise, the solution(s) we recommend may vary greatly and may range from the simple to the very complex. 5. What is the cost of an initial consultation to talk about our organizational or people challenges?

There is never a cost for an initial consultation. These are an integral part of our business and provide both parties the opportunity to determine whether we may be good partners in addressing the issues. Once both parties agree to proceed, we will then provide you a detailed proposal of services customized to your needs.

6. What does it cost to use your services for our organization?

Since 100% of our service delivery is custom work, there is no set pricing. Pricing is on a per-project basis and depends upon the projected time investment of our people as well as other business elements. We are always pleased to discuss this and / or provide a proposal for services that are specific to your situation. All of our proposals contain detailed pricing information. 7. Do you ever discount pricing for your services?

Yes, we do. There are certainly factors for which we reduce our daily or hourly fees. This is always dependent upon the particular situation. Two common factors that may cause discounting are volume of work (i.e. contract for services is long or for a large quantity of work) and type of client (i.e.: public school, non-profit organizations). In some selected cases, we have free seminars or workshops for specific charity homes that the individual consultant personally supports.

8. How do you ensure quality of work?

At ATCEN we believe in delivering the highest standards possible in everything we do. If there is any doubt as to us being able to deliver services that don’t comply with our high degree of delivery, we will advise you accordingly. We also encourage you to request for our previous clients contacts for reference check on our quality of work.

11. Why are your initial proposals always in soft copies?

From our experience, proposals undergo many changes before a final one is agreed on and we believe it is best to provide you with the opportunity to review proposals that ensure convenience, ease of modification and timely receipt. We also believe in working efficiently with our resources and play our role in reducing paper wastage in support of the environmental cause.

12. My company operates in an industry that requires a high level of confidentiality. Can you guarantee security of confidential data/information?

At ATCEN business ethics is always a prime priority. Therefore, we respect every piece of information and data we receive from you. We also maintain a high level of respect for your company’s internal challenges by not sharing this information with any other parties. ATCEN always exercises the highest level of confidentiality in all that we encounter. In addition to that, we always encourage clients to engage in a Non-Disclosure agreement to maintain trust and strengthen relationships.

13. What does ATCEN mean? Does it stand for anything?

ATCEN first started conducting business under the name of ATSEN Consultants. The name ATSEN is derived from the classical English name of Atsun meaning “The dawn of a new beginning” or “dawn of all good things.” As the business grew ATCEN was coined as an acronym for Atsen Training Consultancy Education Network which describes our long-term plan of developing a strong fraternity of ATCEN clients who can come together and create partnerships in conducting business.
