He has an MA in Communication, BA in Mass Communication and a Certified Support Manager certification from Service Support Professional Association, America. He is presently pursuing his DBA in Marketing Management and has more than 15 years working experience in strategic management, branding, sales & marketing communications, people development & human performance, organizational development and entertainment.

He was formerly the Vice President-Industry on the Executive Committee in the CRM & Contact Centre Association of Malaysia and is currently a professional member of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers, a member of Talents Ideas Enterprise and Young Malaysian Entrepreneur associations.
