  Workshop Description:

The contact center environment is constantly evolving and with high uncertainty. The need to be constantly moving forward and performing at the highest levels require a well designed performance management system. There is a need to create an effective human resource system that will help build and sustain a performance-based culture. This workshop introduces the fundamentals required to develop a strong performance management system at the individual employee level that will, in turn, support performance management at the organizational level.
