In ATCEN, we develop ourselves very well. This is because ATCEN is continuously and consistently developing their people from time to time. Here, I’ve learnt a lot of things that can improve my work performance as well as increase my knowledge. The people here are very willing to help. Some of the development activities are provided through the internal training workshops, knowledge sharing and feedback sessions, mentoring programs as well as through various activities held by my company. Here, everyone will be given the opportunity to improve their skills and confidence level in conducting many programs. So that, in turn we will have the effectiveness and efficiency in doing our tasks.

The great thing about working in ATCEN is our work hard and play hard culture. The Sport, Games & Celebrations (SGC) Team is a voluntary team which creates both a learning and fun environment in ATCEN. We organize all celebration activities that allow ATCENians to enjoy a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The culture and the people here are excellent. And their infectious obsession with finding ways to do things better creates an exhilarating work environment.
