5 Great Minds were interviewed for this book; Andrew Grove- Intel, Fred Smith- Federal Express, Peter Lynch- Magellan Fund, Pleasant Rowland-Pleasant Company and Paul Volcker- former Federal Reserve Chairman. Written in an easy to read format of question and answer, the 5 gave candid answers about their lives, what made them successful and what keeps them going.
Overall the business personality I found most enjoyable reading was Pleasant Rowland because she comes across as the most principled and vision-minded among the five. She is also the least educated among the 5 but through her perseverance and single-mindedness she succeeded in a highly competitive toys market.
