Evening Prayers of Thanks for Contact Centers Customer Service Agents

Thank you, God,
For allowing me one more day in this contact center,
To hear the beeps on my ears,
And the beating of my heart.

Thank you, God,
For giving me intelligence,
To speak with my head,
And to listen with my heart.

Thank you, God,
For giving me the patience,
To serve my customers,
And to entertain my peers and supervisor,

Thank you, God,
For giving me the courage,
To answer the uncertain,
And to reply the unreasonable.

Thank you, God,
For giving me the passion,
To anticipate the excitement,
And to continue this routine tomorrow.

And lastly,
Thank you, God,
For the 8-hour shifts I have completed today,
It feels wonderful to know,
That I have scheduled working hours,
While you are still answering prayer calls,
From someone like me!
